Hi Everyone
For those of you who don’t know me I was recently elected onto the Solway Jaguar committee and for my sins have been tasked with organising the Dalemain show on the 17th August 2014.
The Solway Jaguar club have applied for a limited number of places for Dalemain plus the JEC raffle car, so it is important that you get your requests in ASAP.
There is an entry fee per car to include occupant’s (cheques made payable to the Solway Jaguar Club) or alternatively you can make payment to myself on club night 5th Aug.(As there are limited numbers please don’t wait until club night to book a place)
Please include following information within your application;
1) Stipulate your preferred method of payment in your email/request.
2) Model of car you are bringing to show.
3) Whether member or guest.
I will confirm by email on receipt of your application for those posting if you require receipt please enclose SAE.
The closing date for entries is 5th August 2014.

Dear Members,
After the Dalemain classic car show on the 17th August 2014, I am organising a meal for members and friends at the Brantwood Country hotel at Stainton near Penrith.
The plan is to arrive at the Hotel 17.00 hrs. The cost would be £16 for two and £20 for three courses. For the roast beef option only there would be a £2 supplement on top of the prices. The price includes tea and coffee.
You can pay for any drinks as you go and settle the meal directly with the restaurant.
If you would like to go, please let me know ASAP, the numbers in your party and your choices for the meal.
You can let me know via e mail, phone or at the next club meeting on the 5th August 2014.
I plan to have paper copies at the next club meeting of this e mail and the menu. Please spread the word to club members who do not have internet access.
