On what turned out to be a very wet day 26 members gathered at the Golden Fleece, Ruleholme before making their way to the Alston House Hotel for coffee and scones.
From Alston we headed south over the Pennines to Ravenstonedale and a very good lunch at The Fat Lamb.
Then we headed up north to Warwick on Eden where Gill & Keith kindly offered us tea and cakes.
An excellent celebration and our thanks go to Brian & Keith for organising the event and the lovely route.
