Low Ling Fling  :  9th August 2009

This was the club's second event at Robin's Low Ling Farm and we were joined by some of Robin's friends and family plus their interesting vehicles.  The turnout was good with a wide range of cars including a Jaguar Mark 5 saloon, that had been driven over from the North East, a Frazer Nash, a classic Mini,  2 Mercedes, 2 Motor bikes, 4 tractors and 4 Aston Martins from the local Aston Martin Club.
The venue provided plenty of space for the cars and ample inside cover for members to enjoy their picnic lunches.

It was somewhat surprising to see Andrew and Brian looking down from a very high barn roof where they had climbed in order to take some overhead pictures of the assembled cars.

This kind of closed event gives a good family atmosphere where members and friends can mingle and have a relaxing chat.  Well done Robin.  Thank you very much for inviting us to your home we really enjoyed our day.
